We have more than 26 CNC machines with the capability to take on large production structural aerospace programs. Our process starts with ultrasonic inspected material that is verified through in-house eddy current and hardness testing. We machining parts complete on our 5 axis and 4 axis CNC machining centers and then manage the post processes for our customers, such as hard anodizing, passivate,everlube 620,chem film plating and powder coating. Assembly of hardware and final inspection follow before they are delivered complete to the customer.
