Better-Mold offers CNC turning with live tooling using our Mazak multi-tasking turning centers,Mazak QT-COMPACT 200MSYL.
 
Our Mazak turning machines have sub-spindles,  live tooling and Y-axis on turret.  This allows us to do more that simple 2-axis turning, we can also perform simple or complex milling operations in the same setup.  The live tooling eliminates the need for an additional setups on a milling machine when the turned part has milled features.  This dramatically increases efficiency and improves accuracy.
 
For higher volume production runs, our machines are are outfitted with automated bar feeders and robotic part handlers.
